how we work with insurance
We work with all major insurance companies and have simplified how payment works in our office.
At the time of your visit, payment is due in full - similar to how you would pay when checking out at a store or ordering coffee. As a courtesy, we will still submit your insurance claim on your behalf.
Any reimbursement your insurance provides will be sent directly to you, rather than to our office. This approach keeps things simple and transparent, eliminates surprise balance bills, and allows you to stay in control of your insurance benefits.
